About Us

Schoeneman Construction LLC is a third generation construction company in Brandon SD. Mel Schoeneman along with Stan started the company in 1976 when they became partners in Schoeneman Construction LLC. Mel and Stan started building homes and remodeling in the Brandon area and as their business grew they ventured out to the greater Sioux Falls area communities.

With the experience and knowledge that Mel had working in the construction business all his life and Stan working for other construction companies, their abilities grew the company. Rob, son of Stan and grandson of Mel, was involved with the business growing up with construction all around him. After Rob graduated from South Dakota State University with his degree in Construction Management, he joined his Dad as a third generation owner with Schoeneman Construction LLC.

We have built over 200 homes in the Brandon and Sioux Empire area since 1976. We are proud to be your home town builder. We are hands on putting our personal touch on your home from the ground up. We treat every home as if it's our own, keeping you first. With keeping clean job sites and storing materials from the elements, we take pride in our homes during construction and after.
